Manhattan Studio Transformation

This is a beautiful studio apartment that was remodeled into a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home. The client had a small budget with which to create a space for their young adult child going to college in the city, with privacy as well as a space to entertain. Together, we designed a custom unit. 

Images of the kitchen prior to the remodel. The cabinets were replaced with real wood cabinetry crafted by the Amish. A new countertop, sink, and faucet were installed, and the walls were painted the color "Green Essence."
