Zinou’s choice of materials and spatial arrangements reflects her experience growing up in a home and in communities that valued all things wholesome, earth-based, organic, handcrafted, and spiritually uplifting.
Her studies in cultural anthropology, her deep exposure to both urban and rural Afro and Euro cultures, as well as her travels, have all given her a broad and distinct sense of what can be blended, mixed, matched, and highlighted.
Simply put, Zinou’s aesthetic and sourcing lean toward natural, handmade, and culturally diverse elements, for both homes and workspaces.
Zinou loves dance, theatre, travel, yoga, quality time with family and friends, and her poodles!
